By accessing or using FeeSync ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including administrators, members, and payers.

2. Description of Service

FeeSync is a fee management platform operated by Shri K Vignesh Industries. It provides tools for communities, educational institutions, gyms, coaching centres, and small businesses to collect fees, manage members, and generate financial reports.

3. User Accounts

To access FeeSync's features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring the information you provide is accurate and up to date
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

4. Payment Processing

FeeSync facilitates payment collection on behalf of administrators. All financial transactions are processed through authorised third-party payment gateways. FeeSync does not store card details directly. Transaction fees, if any, will be clearly disclosed before each transaction.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity
• Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems
• Interfere with the operation of the Platform or other users
• Collect or store personal data without proper consent

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with FeeSync are the property of Shri K Vignesh Industries. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand our data practices.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shri K Vignesh Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to FeeSync at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
